2019 Festival Of Peace

Join the Waukee Vocal Music Boosters as we kick-off the holiday season. Festival of Peace this year centers on the theme, "Together We Sing". Festival of Peace features every curricular ensemble at Waukee High School, as well as numerous combined pieces. The award-winning Waukee Vocal Music program will be led by Directors Jeff Knutson, Kathryn Mosiman and Jack Daubitz.

Proceeds from the concert benefit the Vocal Music program. Instead of doing fundraisers all year-long the Waukee Vocal Music parents annually host two large fundraisers, Festival of Peace and Starstruck. With many new schools to support, every dollar and every hour donated are more important than ever. We need the community and the support of parents, friends, family and volunteers to make this event a success!

New this year, Festival of Peace will be held at Hope Waukee, 305 NE Dartmoor Dr. The venue change was made to provide more seating for this highly attended concert. We are incredibly grateful to the staff at Hope Waukee for allowing us to host our concert in their space, and we look forward to all of our families and friends experiencing this concert in this beautiful space. Tickets for Festival of Peace are $10.
